Our Community Services and Programs

We provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in Delaware County.

Medical Case Management (MCM) empowers persons living with HIV to maintain optimal physical and emotional health.

FCSDC partners with multiple organizations to provide housing to persons experiencing homelessness.

FCSDC collaborates with local food pantries and other service organizations to combat food insecurity.
